HOW TO SIGN UP
WHERE TO SIGN UP?
Go to the page of the show you like to be part of. Fill in the GOOGLE form and follow the instructions on the form
DO I PAY DIRECTLY OR DO I WAIT UPON ACCEPTANCE?
You need to pay when you fill in the form. No payment is not in the show.
WHO DO I PAY AND SEND MY LOGO TO?
You need to pay and send your logo to Rboniefacio. He is the manager for AIM regarding payment for show and show logos.
CAN I PAY FOR ALL ANNUAL SHOWS AT ONCE?
No, you can only sign up for each show when the forms are put open and need to pay in advance.
WHAT ITEMS ARE ACCEPTED?
All items except XXX items, poses, and furniture and of course the theme's VALENTINE - EARTH - KIDS - BEACH - URBAN - HALLOWEEN
DO I HAVE TO CREATE NEW ITEMS?
NO, you don't have to create any new items, but you can!
HOW DO THE AMOUNT OF DESIGNERS COUNT?
If you have 6 designs in a show, that means all the items one model is wearing. If you like to have your design in different colors worn by different models, each design counts for a model.
WHERE DO I SET UP MY ITEMS FOR THE SHOW?
At your venue: place the object "AIM ANNUAL SHOW" on the vendors of the show items for 2 weeks counting the show date. Do not change the name since the shoppers will look for that sign.
WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY GIFT?
As a diamond or gold sponsor, you have a chance to place a gift at the venue. That gift will be featured in the magazine and can be placed permanently in our office as a promotion of your brand.
HOW DO I KNOW WHAT TO DO?
A week after you did sign up, we will send an folder with all the necessary information. Please do read the instructions carefully.
WHEN DO I KNOW WHO IS GOING TO PRESENT MY CREATIONS? WHEN DO I SEND MY CREATIONS TO YOUR MODELS?
You will get a note and personal message with on that, the name of the model that will represent your brand on stage, the day of the show, and the event flyer to send out to your customers.
WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENT DEADLINES FOR THE SHOW?
After filling in the document you were given dates, mark those in your calendar. You will also receive an folder within there all the necessary information.
I WAS TOO LATE TO SEND THE PICTURES OF MY DESIGNS IN, DO I GET A REFUND?
No, we are very sorry. But you get a note and message when you are in the show with the date to put the pictures.
HOW IS THE SHOW PROMOTED?
We advertise with show flyers: inworld, Facebook, event hud, and through our media partners: ModeLS Magazine and Media-SL.com
DO YOU GUARANTEE SALES?
We invest in advertising, however, we also expect designers to play their part. If sales are not as expected, we take no responsibility for this. This means setting up vendors at your venue and make advertising in your own groups about the show and new items.
